Lady Gaga Joins Farmville Neighborhood

Zynga, the developer of the popular social network game Farmville, has partnered with Lady Gaga to launch the artist’s new album “Born this Way.” From May 17 to 26, the 62 million players of Farmville will get a neighboring farm called Gagaville. The program will give Gaga fans and all Farmville players throughout the world an exclusive first listen to “Born This Way” songs when they visit Gagaville.

Gagaville, a uniquely designed neighboring farm, will be offering players to stream un-released select songs from the upcoming album “Born This Way” exclusively six days before the general public.

Zynga will also be featuring a daily contest:

Words With Friends, the popular mobile social game available iPhone, iPad, as well as Android devices, will feature a daily “Words with Gaga” contest, giving players a chance to win Gaga prizes including tickets to an upcoming concert and a signed copy of “Born This Way.” Zynga is also rewarding players with limited edition Lady Gaga virtual items on RewardVille.com for them to enjoy across the Zynga games they love to play.

Additionally, starting on May 17th, Lady Gaga will announce codes that unlock Lady Gaga-inspired limited edition virtual items on 148 Clear Channel stations (US).

The Gagaville promo will also be offering free full album download when you purchase a special Zynga $25 game card.

Lady Gaga’s “Born This Way” album has already spawned two singles, including the lead single and the recently released “Judas”. The album will be release on May 23, 2011.
