So, Lady Gaga’s music video for ‘Judas‘ has been released. Given the controversy that surrounds the song before it even debuted, you were probably expecting a video with some outlandish imagery as controversial as the song. But the video turns out to be more traditional than ones past. The New York Post says:
While there is undeniable religious iconography throughout the Bethlehem biker babe video…[‘Judas’] barely registers a blip on the Blasphemy-O-Meter.
I agree. The video is even weak to be as eventful as it was expected, with all those images (crowns of thorns, biker gangs, impressive eyeliner, and religious symbolism) poorly put together that it lacks flow and connection.
But the good news is… this means you can actually enjoy it much more as a music video. Never mind the poor concept. So, just juda ah ah enjoy!
