Eurocopter Debuts High Speed Hybrid Helicopter X3

Eurocopter debuts its brand new X3 (“X-Cube”) concept rotorcraft at the Paris Air Show last Tuesday. The X3 wowed the crowds in its first public appearance at the biggest international air show in the world. The X3 is basically a chopper with wings. It has an additional two propellers installed on short-span fixed wings making it as versatile as a helicopter but with a speed of a plane. Watch the demo below:
